This is my second attempt at creating a Hip Hop genre based front cover for my magazine. I have again gone for the simple but effective look beacuse I think this looks appealing. My favourite part of the cover is how the black background starts to fade as it comes towards the center, lightin up the image of 'Game' (Hip Hop artist). I have played around and experimented with photoshop on ways to fade and add lighting to certain aspects of the image. I also did this on the 'STORM' title to make it stand out, yet still blend and fit in with the rest of the cover. I also experimented with the balance of the colour and lighting of the image. After doing this I noticed that black and white looked the best and also makes the title stand out.
